School Group Insurance

All our school trips include group travel insurance. Our policy is arranged by Fogg Travel Insurance Services Limited, which has been specially designed for school groups travelling abroad and within the UK.

The School Groups Policy covers:

  • Emergency medical expenses
  • Repatriation
  • Cancellation or curtailment charges
  • Personal and group money, passport and documents
  • Personal and group possessions
  • Personal accident
  • Personal liability

NB Your group travel insurance covers you from the time of booking your trip. This will, therefore, provide cover should the group have to cancel the trip for an insured reason such illness or serious accident preventing the group or individuals from travelling.

In respect of travel insurance Europe for Schools is an Appointed Representative in accordance with the FSA Rules of Fogg Travel Insurance Services Limited. This can be checked by viewing the FSA website. It is important that at the time of booking ALL members of your party are provided with details of the travel insurance provided by Europe for Schools and they should be advised to read the insurance documentation to ensure that the cover meets with their individual needs. We suggest that each person (parent) is provided with the web link to our travel insurance documentation, or a paper copy if they do not have Internet access. If the travel insurance is not suitable for their individual needs it is their responsibility to arrange more appropriate alternative travel insurance cover.
